𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 by 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗟𝘆𝗻𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗳𝗳.

The author is a simple girl who was living an ordinary life. Like most of us, she loves spending outdoors and has a purpose in life and that is to help people and that’s why, at the later stage, she engaged herself in humanitarian acts. However, one day everything changed and her life came crashing down when she lost her father. It was not long after, she found out that her mother has breast cancer. All these tragic events occurred during the time of global pandemic.

These horrible incidents of her life didn’t let her lose herself. She did lose her happiness for a short period but was determined to find it again. Guys, this isn’t a sad story because author never intended it to be one. Here, author chose to honor her father’s wisdom. She turned these tragic incidents into beautiful life lessons and this book is nothing but her journey of finding peace and happiness once again. A journey of self-development.

If you pick this book today and simply adhere to the lessons and guidelines given by the author, I promise you that you’ll find yourself, your peace and your happiness irrespective of what you’ve gone through in this pandemic. This is what every youth needs to hear or read at least once. This is a short read but I advise you to read it slowly and try to reflect all the teachings one by one. No need to rush this because it is a gem. I highly recommend this book. MUST READ.

1. Can you please introduce yourself and tell us something about your book "And Then I Laughed" Answer:  My name is Melissa and I am a single widow of four young children who are my reason for everything I do. I love being creative and have loved to write since a young age. Introducing myself feels strange right now. I am still in the process of rediscovering who I am in the midst of being a widow and a mother, a journey I think all mothers face. I am much more interested in the company I keep than where I want to be. It doesn't matter where I go, as long as I am around people I love. I spent many years traveling, being very mobile and sometimes homeless so I enjoy my little house and the stability and coziness it gives my family. Maybe one day I will be open to exploring again, but for now I am enjoying the calm of four walls.  2. When did you get the thoughts of writing this book?  Answer:  This book, And Then I Laughed, is the cul...
