Inspired by true life accounts and experiences the book is about surviving in the business industry. It also mentions the Seven Deadly Sins. The author mentions in his perspective the Seven deadly Sins are like behaviours and if we reflect back on our personal lives the behaviours are really toxic. These behaviours halts our lives from every direction and pushes us away from growing well mentally and physically.
It is known to us that we have been repeating the cycle of these behaviours and everytime someone else addresses our flaws instead of accepting it and working on ourselves we simply make excuses and give useless explanations. Its all about taking in the situation and making the best of it. We shouldn't let the hard times stop is from being the best version of ourself.

The book is a light read and contains valuable advices. It is recommended you read this everyday as a reminder to be your best self . It is a amazing book for self improvement. So for all the peeps out there who are on a journey to find their best self this one is for you.

1. Can you please introduce yourself and tell us something about your book "And Then I Laughed" Answer:  My name is Melissa and I am a single widow of four young children who are my reason for everything I do. I love being creative and have loved to write since a young age. Introducing myself feels strange right now. I spent many years traveling, being very mobile and sometimes homeless so I enjoy my little house and the stability and coziness it gives my family. Maybe one day I will be open to exploring again, but for now I am enjoying the calm of four walls.  2. When did you get the thoughts of writing this book?  Answer:  This book, And Then I Laughed, is the cul...
