Darkness and light is a collection of poems that talks about the confusing and complex world we live in and the resulting mental stresses and issues brought on by the double edge sword that is technology and how our society lets us experience life admits all this. 

Poems, 'Science. Commerce. Arts?!', 'Social Media Besting', and 'Travel Won’t Fix You' are some of the many that showcases truth in its raw form which breaks the glass of pretentiousness and clears the air, and helps to realize how life is for everyone and how muddled it gets sometimes when we get too immersed in pretending. 

 This collection of poems speaks to so many emotions and brings a sense of relief that yes, this is what most feel and one is not wrong to fall victims at its hands, because it is what this day and age has brought along with the always newer and changed future. This is the subject of 'Keep Hope Alive', 'Chronic Dissatisfaction', 'Why I Wear Men’s Shirts'. 

 This book serves as a soothing  balm on the festering wound by the world and also as a wake up call to know what is important, sincere and necessary, poem 'The Freedom To Just Be' brings focus on such matters. The dirty side of self care is also one such poem which helps to cut the outside noise and brings focus on what actually is self care. An interesting book that provides relief to its readers about the angst that one feels when they observe the world. Read to know more.
