The story portrays how Nadeem was a fun loving, happy spirited and strong minded person. He was only 25 when he was diagnosed with Cancer. 
Sherine felt her life came crashing down. This was her worst nightmare. Through her perspective the story is more emotional and heart wrenching. To go through something like , a person cannot even imagine what goes through a mother's heart when their children are put in these situations.
